SKILLS
Excel

Pretty soon, as I started learning data analysis, I came across Excel and it seemed like the perfect course to study to see if data analysis will be the field for me. I completed The Excel Bootcamp on Zero to Mastery and enjoyed working with this program very much.
I have used Excel to complete one of my projects that you can check on the Projects page of this website.
EXCEL SKILLS: Basic functions, formulas, sorting and filtering, data cleaning, charts and graphs, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting, basic statistical analysis, text functions, basic macros (VBA)
SQL

I started off learning SQL on the website Zero to Mastery completing their Complete SQL + Databases Bootcamp. After finishing the course I used online resources like SQLZOO and DATACAMP to practice my querying skills and learn new query techniques.
I have used SQL to complete one of my projects that you can check on the Projects page of this website.
SQL SKILLS: Basic SQL syntax, data retrieval with SELECT statements, filtering with the WHERE clause, sorting with ORDER BY, aggregate functions, grouping data, joining tables, subqueries, data modification, importing and restoring databases
Power BI

Right after finishing the Excel and SQL courses I immediately moved on to learning Power BI, as it seemed like a highly recommended next step. I started with learning Power BI instead of Tableau, as I already had experience with Microsoft Office tools and it seemed like the one I could learn faster and easier. Like the 2 prior courses I completed the Power BI Bootcamp on Zero to Mastery.
I have used Power BI to complete one of my projects that you can check on the Projects page of this website.
POWER BI SKILLS: Data import and transformation, data modeling, DAX, data visualization, reports and dashboards, filters and slicers, power query
UI Path

After completing my prior 3 courses I was creating a project where I had to create a website, test my skills and get some hands on experience, but data scraping played a very important role in it. I found RPA tools that I could use to solve this issue. As I studied on what RPA is I became very interested and decided to complete a course on Udemy and learn how to use one of these tools.
I ended up learning UI Path and found it to be a very useful tool for scraping and extracting data, manipulating data, data entry and much more. UI Path ended up being a very useful tool in this project.
UI PATH SKILLS: Data extraction and entry, web scraping, data cleaning and transformation, routine data analysis, proccess automation, email automation
PYTHON

The next logical step in my career as a data analyst is of course to learn a programing language. Python seemed like the best choice as it is highly recommended and will give my skillset a lot more flexibility.
This is the skill I am working on now and will create a project as soon as I am done and upload it to the website.
PYTHON DATA ANALYSIS SKILLS: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Jupiter Notebooks, Seaborn
PYTHON 100 DAYS OF CODE (learning now): basic python – professional python skills
